As the first step of the cleaning process, you’ll need to pour your cleaning solution into a bucket, along with some water according to the directions on the cleaning solution bottle. A7501-NS, A7501-GK, and A7502 are all uninstalled and should be removed from the air cap by unscrewing and removing them

In order to remove the needle (A7520) that is affixed to the gun at the back, unscrew the Material Adjustment Screw (A7522). As soon as the trigger is pulled, take hold of the back of the needle and pull it out.

The Nozzle (A7503) should be loosen and removed by using a wrench

The Retaining Nut for the Air Valve (A7519), the gasket (A7518 & A7517), the Air Valve Return Spring (A7516), and the Air Valve Stem (A7515) are all removed from outside of the spray gun by using a wrench. Once removed, the retaining nut should be taken out with a wrench, and then the gasket will be removed as well. The Bushing (A7514) does not need to be removed in order for this to work.

Make sure that the Material Blanking Cap (A7533) is loosely fastened to the spray gun at the front by using the wrench.

It will be necessary to remove both the Gland Seal (A7527) and the Nut (A7528) in order to replace them. For this purpose, you will need to use the back end of the needle as a lever.

Use the different brushes soaked in cleaning solution so as to scrub all of the surfaces inside the gun body thoroughly to ensure that the inside of the gun body is thoroughly cleaned.

After cleaning the spray gun, use a soft towel to wipe down the entire body of the spray gun. When you have finished cleaning all the other parts of the machine, set it down to dry.

As the name indicates, A7501-GK is a gasket which has a thin edge and a larger flat edge, which results in a sharper edge as compared to A7501-GK. In order to place the flat edge in the groove, it must be inserted into the groove at the bottom.

In order to adjust the air flow, the A7508 Fan Adjustment Ring has slots at the top and bottom of the ring, which are angled at 6 o’clock and 12 o’clock, and is screwed on. The air distribution plate’s slits (A7507) should align with the slits on the fan adjusting ring in order to ensure that the fan is properly adjusted.

On older models of the Air Distributor, the top section uses four holes and the bottom section uses five holes. It will be the pin that will fill the fifth hole, the four holes in the top, and the four holes in the bottom will be left unfilled.

The Air Cap Ring should be loosely seated over the Air Cap, so that the Air Cap can be used when you are not using the spray gun for a long period of time. If you do not need to use the spray gun for several days, then you can remove it. As a result, if there is still coating residue on the threads of the two parts, this will prevent them from locking together when the threads are clean. When you are getting ready to spray, make sure that you tighten it again as soon as you can.

As the Gland Seal is installed first, it will face up against the Gland Seal Nut as the cone portion will be facing up against the Gland Seal Nut, while the flat portion of the Gland Seal will be facing down.

The Gland Seal Nut needs to be tightened up after the Needle has been reinserted using the Wrench after the Needle has been reinserted. Initially, the screw needs to be tight enough so that the needle can be pulled out with some tension, but not too tight so that the needle gets stuck inside the gun body when it tries to be pulled out. This will ensure the needle can be pulled out with some tension. As long as the tension is correct, the material will not be able to escape through the nut.

When inserting the needle spring in the spray gun, you should insert the small end first, leaving the larger end of the spring facing the back.

Please be sure to apply a few drops of Spray Gun Lube to the threads before replacing the Material Adjustment Screw. Make sure the spread is even.

A suitable lubricant should be used before replacing the Air Cap Ring in the Air Cap Seal assembly since the outer threads of the Seal are exposed.
